💎 Custom Garment Consultation – $60

• 45-minute 1-on-1 consultation with Raven, the designer
• Design concept planning (color, silhouette, fabric, embellishments)
• Style and inspiration review
• Measurement discussion and guidance
• Customers’ own sketch review (if applicable)
• $60 booking fee is applied toward your final custom order

✂️ Alteration Consultation – $30

• 20–30 minute consultation for basic alterations or enhancements
• Includes hemming, taking in waistlines, adding trims or embellishments
• No reconstruction of other designers’ garments
• Only alterations on ready-to-wear or Look 2wice originals accepted
• $30 booking fee is applied toward your final alteration

📌 Booking Policies

• Non-refundable Fees: $60 for custom | $30 for alterations
• Booking: Must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance
• Cancelation Policy: No cancellations allowed within 24 hours of your appointment
• Design Timeline: Custom garments take 4–8 weeks depending on complexity
• Rush Orders: Available for additional fee upon request
