  • New tools or features added to our site will also be subject to these terms.
  • Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us the platform to sell our products and services to you.

🛒 Order Cancellations

Ready-to-Wear Orders:

  • All sales are final. Once a ready-to-wear item is purchased, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

Custom Orders:

  • You may cancel custom orders, but:
    • Consultation fees and deposits are non-refundable.
    • If canceled during production, the garment may be completed and resold at our discretion.

👩👧 Age Requirements

  • Clients must be 18 years or older.
  • Underage clients (e.g. for prom) must have parental or guardian consent.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • This includes clients who exhibit disrespect, profanity, or hostile behavior.

📸 Intellectual Property & Design Rights

  • All designs, sketches, garments, and product photos are exclusive intellectual property.
  • No copying, resale, reproduction, or use of our designs is permitted without written consent.
  • Clients agree not to replicate or reproduce custom designs with any other vendor.

💳 Billing & Account Information

  • You agree to provide accurate, current account and contact information.
  • We reserve the right to limit or refuse any order at our discretion.

🛠️ Optional Tools & Modifications

  • We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and without warranties.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website or services without notice.

📝 User Responsibilities

  • You agree to comply with all laws and refrain from harmful, offensive activity on our platform.

📦 Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Ready-to-Wear: Ships within posted timeframes via USPS standard or expedited shipping (U.S. only).
  • Custom Orders: Timeframes vary by project. Pick-up available in Houston.
  • Personal delivery available for Houston-area orders within a 10-mile radius. Additional $5 charged per 5 extra miles.

📢 Indemnification & Legal Limitations

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
