Welcome to Look 2wice Boutique, where your fashion dreams come to life with Suerae Marie Designs. Here’s a simple guide on how our process works to create your unique custom garment:

Step 1: Book a Consultation

  • Schedule Your Consultation: Start by submitting an inquiry through the Customer Garment Inquiry Form. Then, choose between: 
    • A $40 consultation for custom garment orders
    • A $10 consultation for alterations and enhancements
  • Why the Fee?: The consultation fee covers the time and expertise provided during the session. It does not go towards the cost of your service. This fee ensures that we can fully understand your vision and plan everything in detail, preventing any misunderstandings later. It includes discussing your design preferences, event details, and any body insecurities you may have.
  • Pay the Fee: After selecting your consultation type, add the consultation of your choosing to your cart and complete the payment. For any consultation, the designer will give you a call within 24 hours to discuss your custom garment vision.

Step 2: Discuss Your Vision

  • Custom Garment Consultation: During this 35-minute session, we will talk about your design ideas, event details, and any inspiration you have. This is your chance to share your ideas and let us know what you want.
  • Alterations & Enhancements Consultation: In this session, we’ll discuss what changes or enhancements you want for your existing clothes. We’ll look at how to make your garments fit better or add unique touches.

Step 3: Design and Quote

  • Design Details: After the consultation, we will finalize the design details, including fabric choices, colors, and styles. You can bring photos or sketches for inspiration. Note: that we won’t copy another designer’s work exactly but will create something unique for you.
  • Receive a Quote: Within 24 hours of your consultation, you will receive a detailed quote. The time allows us to source fabrics, embellishments, and other necessary materials. This will be the final price with no hidden costs.

Step 4: Fitting and Deposit

  • Book a Fitting Appointment: Once you receive your quote, If you decide to move forward, book a fitting appointment. This can be at our studio or at your location for a $30 travel fee.
  • Precise Measurements: At the fitting, we will take precise measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Pay the Deposit: At the fitting, we will review your vision, the quote, and address any questions. Once you are satisfied with the discussion, you will be required to pay a 60% deposit to initiate the creation process.

Step 5: Creation and Updates

  • Start Crafting: With your approval and deposit, we will begin creating your custom piece. We will keep you updated with regular progress reports, including photos and videos.
  • Additional Fittings: Based on your individual needs, more fittings may be required. We will notify you if this is the case and discuss the next steps.

Step 6: Final Payment and Delivery

  • Pay the Remaining Balance: Once your garment is ready, you will need to pay the remaining 40% balance at the final fitting. After payment, you can schedule the delivery, pick-up, or shipment of your custom piece.
  • Delivery Options: Choose your preferred pick-up or delivery method. We offer various options to suit your convenience.

Step 7: Pick-Up: Enjoy Your Custom Garment

  • Wear with Confidence: Your custom garment is ready! Follow our care instructions to ensure its longevity and quality.
