To place a custom order or engage with our services, you must be at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have explicit consent from a parent or legal guardian to proceed with any consultation or order. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual displaying inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to profanity, harassment, or disrespect toward our team.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to original designs, garments, product images, text, logos, branding, and site layout—are the sole intellectual property of Look 2wice Boutique x Suerae Marie and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, republish, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit any part of our content without prior written permission from the owner.

3. Product Information & Custom Orders

Our ready-to-wear garments are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased. Custom orders require a paid consultation and a 60% deposit, both of which are non-refundable. Processing time for custom orders will vary depending on design complexity, availability of materials, and the scope of work discussed in the consultation. If a client cancels a custom order, the designer reserves the right to complete the garment and list it for resale.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

All ready-to-wear sales are final. Cancellation of a custom garment order is only allowed prior to material purchase and/or production commencement. Even in such cases, the consultation fee and deposit remain non-refundable. Refunds will not be granted for alterations, consultations, or design labor already provided. If a project is canceled midway, ownership of the incomplete garment and any preliminary designs remains with the designer.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to ensure our website is secure and operates smoothly, we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of or inability to use our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, delivery delays, or technical issues.

6. User Conduct & Behavior

Users agree not to misuse this site or engage in unlawful activities. This includes transmitting harmful code, collecting personal information from others, impersonating our brand, or violating any laws or regulations in connection with our site. Abusive or exploitative behavior toward staff or our intellectual property may result in termination of access and legal prosecution.
