We want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase. Below is our official policy regarding returns, exchanges, and alterations:

Unless otherwise stated via written approval, all purchases are considered final sale.
Email confirmation is required for any exception.
Ready-to-Wear Items
- No Returns or Exchanges: These items are sold as-is. Please double-check sizes and details before purchasing.
- Sale Items: All discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Custom pieces are made just for you — we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- Free Alteration Window: You have 5 calendar days after delivery to request 1 free alteration. Additional changes will incur a fee.
- Eligibility: Garment must be in original, unaltered condition to qualify for free alterations.
- Alteration Process: Email us right away if changes are needed. We’ll walk you through the next steps.
- Not Included: Free alterations do not cover new design requests or major construction changes.
- First Fitting Commitment: Once design, fabric, and embellishments are selected at the first fitting, changes afterward will include a surcharge.
Prom Collection
- No Refunds or Returns: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for prom items. These are time-sensitive, and made to measure.
- Adjustments: We offer fitting or minor alterations if needed to perfect your dress.
- Contact Within 3 Days: You must contact us within 3 days of delivery to schedule adjustments.
- Limitations: Alterations are limited to fit only. New designs or extensive changes will incur fees.
- Communication: Keep us informed and we’ll work with you to ensure your gown feels just right.
